Once the client's needs are identified for a specific assignment, the appropriate blend of expertise is assembled. The firm’s associates have extensive experience and education in real estate, real estate valuation, and allied areas such as land planning, development, and technology.

William J. Pastuszek, Jr., MAI, SRA, MRA is the firm's principal. He has extensive appraisal and consulting experience in various markets in Massachusetts, and a background in banking and real estate brokerage/development. The firm’s associates possess expertise in land planning, business valuation, and other critical skills.

Mr. Pastuszek holds the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute (AI),  and the MRA designation from the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers (MBREA).  He is a former president, trustee and education chair of MBREA, and a former director for the Greater Boston Chapter of AI. He is the current vice chairman and board member for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate Appraisers.

Mr. Pastuszek is an instructor for MBREA, the Appraisal Institute, Stonehill College, and Boston University. He has taught income property appraisal and appraisal standards extensively throughout New England. His undergraduate degree is from Oberlin College.
