Mr. Pastuszek began teaching real estate appraisal courses at Bentley and Stonehill Colleges in the mid 1980’s. Since then, he has taught seminars and courses across the United States for a wide variety of clients.

Bill has taught for the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers, the Appraisal Institute and its predecessor the Society of Real Estate Appraisers, the Massachusetts Association of Assessment Officials, the New England Association of Assessment Officials, Realtor organizations, and appraiser and banking organization across the country.  As an AQB qualified instructor of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), he teaches appraisal standards to beginning and experienced appraisers regularly.

Mr. Pastuszek has written courses and seminars on numerous subjects, including basic appraisal principles, income capitalization techniques, market analysis, residential topics, appraisal problem solving, and appraisal review. He regularly serves on panel discussions for appraisal related topics and provides presentations for clients tailored to their specific needs.
