William J. Pastuszek, Jr., MAI, AI-GRS, SRA brings many years of review appraisal skills to help solve client problems. While working in real estate mortgage banking, he managed the administration and quality control of an appraisal department. Since then, he has performed review and appraisal quality control services for a wide variety of financial institutions and other clients.

Currently, he performs ongoing appraisal function compliance oversight and quality control for federally regulated financial institutions. By staying abreast of industry and regulatory changes, he works closely with appraisers and bankers to ensure that appraisals are FIRREA and USPAP compliant and that in house quality control systems meet regulatory and institutional requirements.
