Principal

William J. Pastuszek, Jr.

A Massachusetts Appraiser Hall of Fame inductee, William J. Pastuszek, Jr., MAI, ASA, MRA is the principal of Shepherd Associates LLC. His real estate appraisal career started in the family real estate firm. He was in a Boston-based financial institution in the 1980s, as chief appraiser. He worked for a commercial firm during the height of the 1990s real estate crisis before founding Shepherd Associates LLC in 1994.

Licensed in New England states, Mr. Pastuszek's clientele includes financial institutions, attorneys, accountants, governmental entities, corporations, and private individuals. He has qualified as an expert witness in many jurisdictions and is an active instructor and education developer, teaching for a number of appraisal and real estate organizations.
