Mr. Pastuszek has been an instructor for over 30 years, teaching real estate appraisal courses at Bentley and Stonehill Colleges. As an AQB qualified instructor of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), he teaches appraisal standards to beginning and experienced appraisers regularly. Mr. Pastuszek has taught seminars and courses across the United States for a wide variety of clients, including,
