Mr. Pastuszek has been an instructor for more than three decades. As an AQB qualified instructor of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), he teaches appraisal standards to beginning and experienced appraisers regularly.
Mr. Pastuszek has taught seminars and courses across the United States for a wide variety of clients, including:
- Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers
- Appraisal Institute and its predecessor the Society of Real Estate Appraisers
- Massachusetts Association of Assessment Officials
- New England Association of Assessment Officials
- Realtor organizations, as well as appraiser and banking organizations across the country
- Continuing Education at Stonehill and Bentley colleges
